Let the Atlantic Ocean lull you to sleep in our luxurious beds, carefully designed for comfort.
Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Each guest will receive a towel set & one make-up cloth will be provided per full bathroom. For the kitchen, two dish towels and one dish cloth will be provided.

Guest Authorization: The minimum age to book this property is 30 and this person must stay the entire duration of reservation.
No smoking: This includes the use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.
Burning candles is not allowed in this home.
No grilling (BBQ) allowed at this property.
Please shower after coming in from the beach so as not to transfer sun lotions/oils to furniture. Theses stains are not removeable. Use indoor or outdoor showers. Both have hot water.

Please use coasters, cork pads, and/ or trivets to protect quartz countertops.
Security device interference. Please do not tamper with or remove security cameras. They are up for your protection as well.
Keep windows closed and locked.
No commercial photography/filming.
Check-out time: strict 10:00 am checkout. Guests should complete check-out by 10:00 am. We have a standing cleaning appointment at that time.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
