PAYMENT SCHEDULE: - We require payment in full at time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Grace period: guests can cancel more than 45 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a 5% cancellation fee. - If cancelled between 31 and 45 days before check-in, guests are charged 50% of the booking cost. - Cancellations made less than 31 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
